We charge a flat fee of £4 on orders below £40 whilst all orders over the value of £40 have FREE postage in the UK. Please do choose FREE STANDARD delivery or the right delivery choice for your needs at the checkout as shipping charges will not be downgraded or refunded once your order has been received. Do you only require one item? Please send us an email to [email protected], stating item you want to purchase so we can price the postage for that item and refund any postage overcharge for that transaction. Only valid for small items that will fit in a Royalmail Large letter size.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), on the same day (1 - 2 days during busy periods) ; subject to the availability of the products ordered and acceptance of your order. All our delivery services are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Royal Mail or the COURIER used in dispatching your order. Unless otherwise stated or by prior agreement, all items are dispatched by 2nd Class Royal Mail standard or signed for depending on value and delivery times shown at checkout are ESTIMATES only which are based on delivery times stated by Royal Mail. Please be aware delays are occasionally inevitable due to busy periods and unforeseen circumstances..
Chrissie cakes and supplies will not be held responsible for delivery delays beyond our reasonable control, for example: strike action, 3rd party delays, traffic or weather constraints and therefore will not accept liability for late delivery, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in delivery of the ordered products. In the event of requests for goods to be left at unattended premises (for example - in a garage, shed or porch) or with neighbours Chrissie cakes and supplies will endeavour to do so at the customers own liability/risk.
Please ensure someone is available to accept your delivery, however if the postman/courier is unable to delivery your parcel a card will be put through your door informing you that the parcel is available to collect or offering alternative delivery options. Please contact us if delivery of your order is taking longer than stipulated.
You are responsible for any items not collected/delivered that are returned to us and for any additional postage costs incurred as a result of non-collection.
Goods that are faulty - Chrissie cakes and supplies operates a fast replacement service or money-back guarantee for any products found to be faulty upon receipt of goods. Please first contact using our contact form or email with 48 hours of receipt so that arrangements can be made for products to be returned back to Chrissie cakes and supplies with their original packaging.
Damaged Goods - Where goods are damaged in transit, we will replace the item free of charge. We may ask for proof of the damage and a written statement so that we can proceed with a compensation claim against the courier.
Lost Goods or incomplete deliveries - Please contact us by email to: [email protected] stating your order reference, delivery address and contact details. We shall investigate lost packages with our courier partners and will arrange a replacement or full refund in the event the goods cannot be found. Please note we require a minimum of two working days to investigate lost packages with our couriers.
